Important Forms

Important forms for tasks such as advisor selection and candidacy committee recommendation will be sent out via email by the Graduate Option Program Manager when the time comes for these tasks to be completed. Other forms, for example for setting the candidacy exam, progress meetings, and propositions exam, should be completed on REGIS under "Graduate Degree Progress."
