Indoor meetings can only occur in rooms that have undergone air exchange testing and follow Institute guidelines. Masks, 6-feet space, and sanitation are still required. Users are responsible for sanitizing each space prior to and after each use. The maximum meeting time is 90 minutes with at least a 30 minute break in between scheduled meetings. The new indoor meeting occupancies are as follows:
Can accommodate 134 people. Used for large classes and seminars. Room has built-in LCD projector capable of XGA (1024 X 768) resolution, and a VCR/DVD player. Instructions for using the system can be found here. There is a wireless microphone located in the bottom drawer in the electronic rack in the lectern (middle section). A document camera/overhead is available in the top-left drawer (labeled "overhead"). For keys to locked drawers, please see your group projectionist, administrative assistant, or the CCE Division Office.
Can accommodate 85 people. Used for classes and seminars. Room has built-in LCD projector capable of XGA (1024 X 768) resolution, and a VCR/DVD player. Instructions for using the system can be found here. Assigned Chemistry Seminar Series takes priority over other events.
Can accommodate 50 people. Generally used for classes, PhD exams and seminars. Room has built-in LCD projector, capable of XGA (1024 X 768) resolution, and a VCR/DVD player. Instructions for using the system can be found here. Note there is no microphone input, only line level input.
Can accommodate 35 people, with a maximum of 14 seated around the table. Used for medium-sized conferences, very small classes, and receptions. Projection and DVD player are available.
