Chemical Engineering Graduate Student Council

The Chemical Engineering Graduate Student Council (ChE GSC) is a student-led organization dedicated to enhancing the graduate experience within Caltech's Chemical Engineering Department. Composed of volunteer graduate students, we foster community, professional growth, and networking opportunities among peers, faculty, and alumni.

Since revitalizing in the 2023-2024 academic year, we have organized a variety of social and professional events—including the Summer Carnival, lightning talks, and department merchandise design—to enrich student life. Additionally, we collaborate with the department and campus organizations on key initiatives such as graduate student recruitment and the annual CCE holiday party.

Our council meets monthly to plan activities and discuss ways to support the graduate community.
