Novel generative design and molecular platforms for immunotargeting and beyond
Possu Huang, Assistant Professor of Bioengineering, Department of Bioengineering, Stanford University,

Developing highly specific binding proteins is fundamental to novel theragnostics. We have demonstrated recently that challenging structural biology problems can be overcome by protein design, particularly in immunotargeting of peptides in the Major Histocompatibility Complexes and modeling CDRs to achieve epitope-specific design of immunoglobulins. These efforts offer new insights to the molecular design paradigm and AI modeling strategies. I will describe our TRACeR platform for unprecedented MHC targeting capabilities, as well as our generative models for protein design.
