  • Internal Event

Several new technologies will be presented, each having been developed in an environmentally responsible fashion. These will include, after some opening remarks, (1) a discussion on new amination reactions of non-PFAS pseudohalides, featuring a very effective, novel, and readily prepared oxidative addition complex (OAC) that leads to couplings in water at low loadings of Pd in minutes; (2) new chemistry in flow, using water, aimed at preparing products from SNAr reactions, and amides, quickly; (3) a new process for effecting Miyaura borylations and notably, their use in a 1-pot sequence involving aromatic/heteroaromatic borylations followed by Suzuki-Miyaura couplings, in 1-pot, and green.
