Rick and Kathabela Wilson will lead the Band of Poets and Musicians 7:30 to 9:30 (come earlier for snacks) this Friday Night, April 23 at Ten Thousand Villages (567 S Lake Ave., Pasadena). Poets will read about countries of the world, musicians of all kinds will demonstrate on traditional world instruments. This will be a fantastical, unusual event. Many languages will be spoken, and many cultures honored—all led by the wondrous flutes of your mathematics professor Rick wilson. Come early, snack, enjoy the international flavor, and find a few treasures at this fair-trade shop.
